Building healthcare AI infrastructure for continuous care

Micromeet Limited builds a governed patient-context runtime where institutions, clinicians, care teams and AI agents run enabled clinical and operational workflows together — with configured human checkpoints and audit scope, plus human-approved system writeback where enabled. Backed by Microware Group (1985.HK).

Our Story

Our Story

Micromeet Limited is incubated by Microware Group (HKEX: 1985), a technology group with over four decades of enterprise experience across Asia. That institutional foundation — in data infrastructure, healthcare IT, and regulated enterprise environments — is the starting point for everything Micromeet builds.

The problem we address is structural. In Southeast Asia, physicians spend close to 60% of their working time on administrative tasks rather than direct patient care. In Indonesia alone — where just 0.62–0.70 physicians serve every 1,000 people against a WHO standard of 1.0 — administrative overload compounds an already critical capacity gap. The region cannot train its way out of this. Technology-led workflow automation is the only scalable path.

Micromeet works differently from a standalone AI tool. We evaluate approved paths to the systems an institution already runs, coordinate approved patient context across enabled workflows, and keep accountability for consequential clinical steps with the responsible clinician.

The hard part of healthcare AI isn't the model — it's making it safe, governed and connected inside real clinical operations. That is the work we take on, institution by institution.

Mission & Values

C.A.R.E. — our operating principles

Every product decision, every deployment, and every line of code is evaluated against these four principles.

C

Clinical First

Technology serves clinical needs. Physician judgment always leads. Every product decision starts with how a clinician actually works.

A

Accountability & Trust

Consequential AI outputs in enabled workflows are prepared for appropriate review, correction or rejection, with explainability and audit coverage defined by the implementation. Clinical responsibility remains with the qualified clinician.

R

Real World Innovation

Solutions designed for real clinical workflows in real healthcare settings — not optimised for lab demos or investor presentations.

E

Enduring Scale

We are building infrastructure that compounds with every deployment and grows with the healthcare systems we serve.

Our Vision

The five-ring expansion to healthcare AI infrastructure

We start where care actually happens — and each ring builds on the patient context, trust and integration depth of the one before, expanding from today's care-delivery workflows to a governed healthcare agent ecosystem.

Ring 1Reports, consults, follow-up & claims01

Human-AI Care Delivery Workflows

MCU CoPilot, AI Scribe, Care Loop, AI Care Command Center, Integration Intelligence and Claim Readiness span released, MVP, validation and concept stages. Enabled workflows use configured human checkpoints and audit history, plus human-approved writeback where available. Claim Readiness remains a workflow concept being designed and validated; exact scope depends on each implementation.

Ring 2Approved context across enabled workflows02

Patient Journey & Clinical Workflow Intelligence

Where supported routes are enabled and verified, approved context from reports, encounters, bookings, follow-up, remote care or device signals can be assembled into role-controlled review views. Source systems remain authoritative.

Ring 3Management sees and runs the work03

Institution Operating Intelligence

Task ownership, SLA, service revenue, clinical quality, payer workflow and multi-site replication become visible and manageable across the institution.

Ring 4Repeated judgments become reusable pathways04

Clinical Knowledge & Pathway Evidence

The clinical signals, evidence references, red-flag and review rules behind everyday decisions are captured as governed, doctor-reviewed clinical pathways.

Ring 5Validated workflows become shared assets05

Governed Healthcare Agent Ecosystem

Mature pathways, workflow templates, connectors and expert agents carry ownership, release gates, audit and reuse — a controlled ecosystem across institutions.

Compliance & Credentials

Certified. Registered. Auditable.

Management-system certificates have certificate-specific legal-entity and activity scopes. Micromeet's ISO/IEC 27001:2022 scope covers AI application platform development; request the applicable certificate and exact scope for every other credential.
