Contact Form Data Notice
This notice explains the public contact form on this website. It is not a comprehensive privacy policy and does not replace any notice or terms that apply to a customer service, contract, or other Micromeet workflow.
Information the form sends
The form sends the information you enter: full name, work email, organization, role, and message.
It may also attach limited source-attribution information stored by this website, such as the first landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, or a benchmark reference. This helps Micromeet understand how the inquiry arrived.
How the information is used
The request is sent to Micromeet’s contact service so the appropriate team can route and respond to the inquiry, understand its source, and troubleshoot the contact workflow.
Micromeet personnel handling the inquiry and service providers used to operate the contact and collaboration systems may process the information as needed for those purposes. This notice does not promise that submitted information is never shared.
Do not submit patient or sensitive data
This public form is not a clinical or patient-data channel. Do not include patient data, medical records, account credentials, government identifiers, payment information, or other sensitive information.
If your inquiry requires a governed data exchange, contact Micromeet first so an appropriate channel and scope can be agreed.
Access, retention, and questions
Access and retention depend on how the inquiry is handled and on applicable operational, contractual, and legal requirements. This notice does not state a fixed retention period.
To ask how a submission is being handled, request correction or deletion, or obtain the current applicable terms, email enquiry@micromeet.ai.
