What file formats can you upload for MCU data processing?

For structured MCU data, upload CSV, XLS, or XLSX. The first three columns must be exactly mcu_id, nik_id, and name, in that order, and MCU CoPilot reads the first worksheet. The selected spreadsheet type must match the institution's confirmed Data Mapping. For diagnostic documents, use xray_[MCU ID].pdf for radiology or ecg_[MCU ID].pdf for cardiology. The PDFs can be uploaded individually or in a ZIP that follows the same naming rules. The current limit is 120 MB per file and 50 files per upload session.

File acceptance is only the first gate. Select the correct corporate and project scope, review filenames and classifications, and make sure only confirmed mapped columns are applied. A transfer indicator at 100% does not mean processing is complete; wait for Completed, then reconcile parsed rows, unmapped columns, and the intended MCU IDs. When a template or mapping is new or changed, verify one authorized representative record before processing the full batch.

Complete the governance loop after upload: compare Patient Detail with the source, regenerate the conclusion when affected, have the responsible doctor review and save the conclusion, validate it, generate and preview the current PDF, and reconcile the Excel export before distribution.
