Portal Satu Data Bidang Kesehatan (National Health Data-Sharing Portal)

Under Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) Number 18 of 2022. The One Health Data Portal (Portal Satu Data Bidang Kesehatan) is a national-level data-sharing medium accessible through information. Furthermore, Communication technology (Article 1(19)), created and managed by the Health Data Steward (Walidata Kesehatan, Article 15(1)(c)).

Legal Position

The portal serves as a dissemination channel under Satu Data Bidang Kesehatan, which forms part of Satu Data Indonesia (Article 3(1), Article 31(3)). The Health Data Steward disseminates data that meets Satu Data Indonesia principles along with its metadata through this portal. Furthermore, The national Satu Data Indonesia portal (Article 15(1)(d), Article 31(1)). Under PP Number 28 of 2024 Article 970(3)(b) and its Elucidation, the health data-sharing portal is recognized as an official data transfer channel.
